Terms of Service
Effective date: July 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Youness Saki, operator of Avex Barber ("we", "our", "us"), and govern your use of the Avex Barber app and website. By creating an account or using Avex Barber, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
The service
Avex Barber lets customers discover barbershops and book appointments, and lets barbershop owners and staff manage their shop, services, staff, and bookings. We are not a barbershop and do not provide grooming services ourselves — we provide the platform that connects customers and independently operated barbershops.
Bookings and cancellations
Appointments are agreements between you and the barbershop. Cancellation policies (fees, notice periods) are set by each shop and shown at booking time. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for a shop's failure to honor it. Payment for the service is made directly to the shop, according to the shop's accepted payment methods — the app does not process, collect, or hold any payment for barbershop services.
If you miss a booked appointment without cancelling in advance, this may be recorded as a no-show; repeated no-shows may temporarily restrict your ability to book through the app. This is shown to you before you confirm a booking.
Shop access
Barbershop businesses enter a separate commercial agreement with us, outside the app, for use of the shop-management tools (staff scheduling, service and booking management). This is a business-to-business arrangement between us and the shop, negotiated and administered outside the app, and is separate from the customer booking experience. No purchase of any kind is available within the app.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the app, including by submitting false, abusive, or fraudulent content or reviews, attempting to access another user's account, or interfering with the app's normal operation. Reviews and any content you submit must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms and may act on reports submitted by other users.
Intellectual property
The Avex Barber app, its design, and its content (excluding user- and shop-submitted content) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by these Terms.
Third-party services and links
The app may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as maps or sign-in providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Menu > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our reasonable discretion.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by independently operated barbershops listed in the app, or for any dispute between you and a shop. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
