Delete your Avex Barber account
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time.
Delete in the app
Open Avex Barber and go to Menu → Settings → Delete account. Review the explanation, confirm your identity if requested, then confirm deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address registered to your Avex Barber account. Use the subject “Account deletion request” and state that you want your Avex Barber account deleted. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Never send us your password, one-time code, or authentication token.
What happens to your data
Your active account, profile, favorites, notifications, device tokens, diagnostic logs, and reviews are deleted. Past appointment records are detached from your account and may be retained in anonymized form when needed for legitimate business, accounting, security, or legal purposes. Business-owned shop gallery or portfolio images may require a separate removal request.
